• You must be present to bid
• All tractors and machinery consigned Carry No Warranty. Buyers should thoroughly inspect equipment before bidding. These items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS! All sales are final and the bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Once the item is declared sold, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer with all liabilities thereto.
• All items are to be removed within 2 days after the sale. Hours are Sunday 9:00Am – 12:00PM Monday 2:00PM – 5:00PM
• If you have not picked up your purchases within the allotted time there will be a storage fee charged.
• Any items that are sold on our lot after the auction will be subject to the percent rate that it was sold at. All items must be paid for the day of the sale. WTC Security will be on the ground the day of the sale.
• Terms: Cash, Known check or Bank Letter of Guarantee, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. 4% Convenience Fee for Credit Cards, WAIVED for Cash or Check. Must have Photo ID.
• If you or your agent carries a resale tax exempt number, please bring a copy of your number with you. If you are going to be Farm Tax Exempt, you must sign an Agricultural Exemption which will stay on file with us. Otherwise all sales will carry a Pennsylvania 6% Sales Tax.
• The Loucks WTC Auction House acts as agents only, is in no way liable for property damage or personal injury to any persons attending the sales or damage to goods due to Acts of God, Fire, Theft or Handling
